We will gladly refund the money during the first 7 business working days from the items delivery date excluding the postage fee. During the 7 business working days period all items to be replaced or collected. The postage cost will be on the purchaser¡¯s expense in both directions. (Sending & Receiving)  Risk 10. Risk in respect of the Goods will pass to the Buyer immediately upon the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer. Governing Law 15. The Terms and Conditions of Sale will be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales,  the Buyer and the Seller submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.
